Law No. 1 / 05, of July 1 came to approve the Nationality Law repealing the previously existing legislation on this matter. This law regulates the conditions of allocation, acquisition, loss and re-acquisition of Angolan nationality, covering both nationals and foreign citizens who complete the requirements of the Act may request the acquisition of Angolan nationality.

Decree No. 6/01 of January 19 - Regulation on the Exercise of Professional Activity of the Non-resident Foreign Worker
Decree No. 6 / 01, January 19 approved the Regulations on the professional activity of the Non-Resident Alien Worker, whether in the public sector, whether in the private sector and entered into force on 19 January 2001 and being applicable to all contracts of employment, including those entered into prior to the date of its entry into force. It is therefore a special law against the General Labor Law, approved by Law No. 2 / 00 of February 11, while the latter is applicable in what it is omitted.
Law No. 20/11 of May 20 - Law on Private Investment
Law No. 20/11 of May 20: establishes the Law on Private Investment, which determines the general framework of the implementation of private investment in Angola and defines the principles and arrangements for access to incentives and other facilities to be granted by State to this type of investment. It applies to all those who carry out some kind of investment in Angolan territory, regardless of nationality and origin of capital.
