This Decree was elaborated to approve the new Regulation on the Legal System of Foreigners, revoking the previous legislation on this matter, having entered into force on the date of its publication.

Law No. 2/07 of 31 May - Legal Regime of Foreigners in the Republic of Angola
Law No. 2 / 07, dated August 31 approved the Legal Regime of Foreigners in the Republic of Angola, entered into force in November 2007. Applicable to all foreign citizens wishing to come to the Republic of Angola, this law aims to achieve a more effective control of illegal immigration, regulating and enabling the creation of better conditions for the integration of immigrants in the country.
Executive Decree No. 010/2000 - Organic Regulation of the Migration and Foreignrs Service
Decree-Law No. 11/99 of July 9 approved the organic statute of the Ministry of Interior, in order to adapt it to the socio-economic transformations underway in the country.

General Labor Law of Angola
This Law approves the General Labor Law, having the same entered into force on February 11, 2000 and applies to all workers and foreign residents who provide services paid by an employer within the organization and under the authority and direction, as well as apprentices and trainees under the authority of an employer and also the work done abroad by foreign nationals or residents employed in the country to serve employers without prejudice to national provisions more favorable to the worker and the provisions of public order applicable in the workplace.
MoU between the Government of the Republic of Angola and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees for the voluntary repatriation and reintegration
This Memorandum of Understanding entered into force on June 14, 1995, establishing the procedure for voluntary repatriation and reintegration of Angolan refugees in compliance with the agreements to which Angola is a party, including the Convention on the Status of Refugees of 1951, Protocol on the Status of Refugees in 1967 and the 1969 OAU Convention. Its main objective is to facilitate and orderly return in dignity and security of refugees to their country of origin.
