And its presence increasingly frequent in the lives of us all, makes itself felt in the way we face the everyday life, against which the State and the Public Administration can not remain oblivious. For you and the Institution what marks this new turning point with the CDEI inauguration?

The inauguration of this infra-structure brings new advantages from the human point of view, mainly because this infra-structure will shelter the illegal foreigners, who were found in our territory.  We did it that way, created conditions so that they have here a treatment from the human condign point of view. For us, SME, the illegal citizen is first and foremost a human being  and we want to treat them not as illegals, but first as human beings.

First, I would like to thank for being honored with your presence. This initiative is quite representative of the executive's commitment to this effort that has been carried out and that fundamentally aims the improvement of the current conditions for the stay at the Prison Establishments, turning them more condign, humanized and humanizing, allowing a correct and advisable compartmentalization inmates, according to age, legal situation, derelict and pathological tipicity.

First of all, thank you for your distinguished presence in this place, and in a spirit of respect and defend the sovereignty of our country, the government of Angola wanted, through the Ministry of Interior, to install a device designed to temporarily hold foreign nationals in illegally in Angola.

Promoex - The Modernization and Excellence Program of the Migration and Foreigners Service is a program that will deeply transform the relations between the SME and all those it interacts with. Designed for a future in which public administration is outlined as a reference for efficiency and excellence in providing services to a wide audience in a dynamic of continuous improvement Promoex was presented to the August 15, 2011, by Minister of the Interior, Mr. Sebastião Martins.
